Try resetting your password via the app. If the issue persists, email us at support@sweetbill.ng with your registered phone number.
How to Become an Agent?
Register on SweetBill, then upgrade to the Agent plan for just ₦2,000 (one-time). You can then resell at your own rates.
Cashback Not Received?
Cashback is credited after each successful transaction within minutes. If missing after 30 minutes, contact our support team.
Need a Receipt?
All transactions are logged in the app under "Transaction History." You can view or share any receipt directly from there.
